2. Access and communication assistance

You may also file a complaint with the appropriate state or federal authority. When Affordable Care Act Section 1557 applies, complaints may also be filed with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights. Reporting a concern will not affect your right to assistance or result in retaliation.
